Michele Rucker, a wife, mother, and an ordained Apostle of the Lord Jesus Christ, was born and raised in Philadelphia. Apostle Michele came to Atlanta through a divine move of God. She is currenting serving alongside her husband, Pastor David Rucker, at Dancing on the Promise Ministries International, Inc. of McDonough, GA. Apostle has been serving in the fields for 25 years.

 

The Apostolic Mandate of Apostle Michele has been given to raise up worshiping warriors. She is a sent one to teach, edify and equip for the work of ministry: laying the foundations of the Word and unlocking the destinies of whoever she comes in contact with. Apostle Rucker takes this call very seriously.

She mentors various ministries throughout Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Louisiana. She loves the Lord and is committed to His service. It is this commitment that gave way to the opening of the DOP Institute for Kingdom Living formerly the Empowerment Center DOP Institute will raise up effective, anointed, word driven ministers of the Lord. 

The Institute for Kingdom Living, has weekly ministry classes in dance, drama, intercession,

Biblical Studies classes and more. And hosts a quarterly “Phenomenal Women” luncheon to encourage and empower women young and old in the community. Plans to have a summer camp for young girls age 8-16, “The Making of a Virtuous Woman”. This camp fosters the development of young ladies of grace and virtue.

 

Apostle Michele recently launched the “Pouring out Fresh Oil” podcast. This podcast will

host monthly conversations with your neighbors, sharing their success and their challenges in life. But the great thing is, we will discuss how they got over it.

 

It is to empower you to continue to reach for the stars, however, in the process holding on to Jesus. Apostle Rucker takes great joy in ministering at prisons, conferences, churches, schools, shelters, teaching at various workshops and conferences and empowering God’s sons and daughters. However, she especially enjoys teaching the word of GOD and empowering men & women to be all God has created them to be.
